Know where your organisation actually stands.
A structured system that assesses an enterprise's readiness to adopt AI across strategy, people, data, infrastructure and governance, and returns a roadmap rather than a score.
Enterprises
AI Readiness
Readiness is measured across five levels and several dimensions, from first awareness to embedded practice. The assessment is taken by leadership, line managers and operations staff, so the result reflects the organisation rather than one enthusiast. The output is a level, the gaps that keep you there, and the order to close them in.
- A defensible baseline for an AI strategy or a board paper
- Gaps ranked by what blocks the next level
- A shared vocabulary across leadership and teams
What is in it.
Five-level model
From Exploring to Leading. Each level has observable criteria, so two assessors reach the same answer.
Multi-role input
Leadership, managers and operations each answer the parts they can see. Disagreement between them is itself a finding.
Roadmap, not ranking
The report says what to do next and why, in the organisation's own context.
Repeatable
Run it again in a year and measure movement against the same criteria.
