AptitudAI

Assessment is the part of education that stopped moving.

Teaching changed, delivery changed, the tools changed. The test stayed a fixed paper handed to everyone at once. AptitudAI exists to close that gap.

What we build

An assessment engine that generates questions from an institution’s own coursework, adapts what it asks to how a learner is doing, and reports the result against the objectives the institution set.

It runs across enterprise training, government skilling programmes, universities and schools. The mechanics are the same in each: ingest the material, draft the items, get them approved, deliver adaptively, report in time to act. What differs is what the institution is accountable for, and therefore what the report has to prove.

The work is aligned with competency-based learning models and, in India, with the National Education Policy 2020 — because an assessment that does not map to the framework an institution is measured against creates work rather than removing it.

Four things we are not flexible about.

Instructors decide, the engine drafts.

Every item is approved by a person at your institution before a learner sees it. An assessment nobody signed off on is not an assessment, it is a guess with a score attached.

Measurement should be continuous.

A grade at the end of term arrives too late to change anything. The point of assessing is to act on it while the course is still running.

Fairness is a build requirement.

Language, culture and context sit inside every question ever written. Checking for that load before an item ships is part of the work, not a policy page.

You should own the deployment.

We set the platform up inside your environment once. After that your teams run it, your data stays yours, and we are not a dependency in the middle.

Come and test the claim.

Send us one module of your own material and we will run it through the engine with you on the call.
